On our way with cab driver Cobi. He was very friendly and great driver. 2 hour ride from Jerusalem to Haifa.
Street scenes entering Haifa
Mediterranean Sea in distance – windsurfers and kitesurfaces littered the waters.
View of old Rambam Hospital from Main Building – Michael is on floor 2 getting stem cells removed.

View from hospital 7th floor toward Lebenon in the distance.

Hang in there, honey! We’re hoping those baby stem cells Mike is giving up turn into superman stem cells when he’s ready to get them back!
Will he start feeling better for a few days? Or do they start chemo right away? (What’s the timeline for the next steps?)
you’re doing an amazing job documenting this as part scary medical procedure and part adventurous travelogue. I admire yours and Michael’s strength of spirit. and your ability to stop, breathe and enjoy the scenery and the culture.
We think of you two all the time and miss having you here for spontaneous dinners and happy hours! Peace and love be with you, my dears!

Hi there.
It’s been a crazy week. I’m behind. Going to catch up on blogs!!! We are in chemo phase. His new birthday is Tuesday, May 31st. We are doing amazingly well. Don’t let that make you think it’s been easy. But hey, we are positive and believing. This is working. I keep telling Michael he’s a rockstar and I think he finally believes me! We can’t wait to see you all. Let’s Skype tomorrow. ππβ€οΈπ
